This gap assessment tool is used to record the evidence that shows candidates have played a lead role in situations requiring effective collaboration, demonstrating high level conflict resolution skills and the ability to engage and motivate others to develop performance plans
This is to be observed and recorded by the assessor. The assessor is to refer to the assessor’s instructions provided later in this document.
The candidate will be provided the scenario notes (below) and Appendix E and is required to participate in a role play within the following 2 weeks. (Candidates are recommended to take at least 3 -4 days to compile their thoughts and prepare for the meeting as it normally would occur in business). The assessor is to ensure the candidate is fully briefed prior to the conduct of the role play.
